Here we are! 100 yeras of innovation in the field of cold
"Sleep a little and work hard": this was the motto of the Cav. Mario Dorin, who exactly 100 years ago decided to abandon the paternal way of heating system developer to realize his dream of working on his own. Supported by his wife Adele, Mario Dorin stopped rewinding the engines in the kitchen and rented a small room in via delle Casine in Florence, together with his friend-employee Buonaiuti, and he started turning for third parties.

In
1930 he felt that Italy needed to produce industrial cold, replacing the ice plate, to improve the conservation of foodstuffs, with its first open compressors.

Today,
Dorin is the market leaders and main point of reference for every plant engineer who wants to apply R744 gas as a refrigerant in its systems.
